1964时，Kindel家族将企业转让，由印第安娜曼西的John Fisher购买接收。Fisher家族一直保持家族持股50年，奉献和承诺100%美国制造的家具。在其他公司寻求降低成本和批量生产增加利润的潮流下，Kindel依然恪守着纯手工制作传统。
